The saffron army is marching towards winning the trust of the Telangana people. And to do this, the BJP under the leadership of Bandi Sanjay is giving an aggressive competition to TRS in the state. With the blessings of Goddess Jogulamba, Bandi started the second installment of Prajasangrama Yatra at Alampur. All the key leaders, including the state in charge Tarun Chugh, were present. Firstly, silk garments were presented to mother Jogulamba and special pujas were performed. Sanjay then addressed a public meeting.
In the meeting, Bandi urged the party workers to step ahead and fight the TRS oppression in the state. He said the police did not give permission for a meeting in the old city during the first installment of the padayatra (a walk). He reminded me that if permission was given at the desirable location, then the rally would be carried forward, if not, it will be spread out throughout the old city area. Bandi stated that he is excited about the old city event. He questioned KCR about why the Dussehra celebrations at the Jogulamba temple were not officially held. He assured that the next BJP government would come and celebrate Dussehra in a grand manner. Bandi said that KCR was afraid that minorities would be marginalized if the Dussehra celebrations were made grand.
He said that Akbaruddin Owaisi won’t be spared at any chance, and when BJP comes to power, all the previous cases held against him will be discussed again, and he will be eventually sent to jail. “Is it wrong to identify and proclaim myself a Hindu in Telangana?” he asked. He said that the fate of Hindus would have been different if the BJP hadn’t initiated anything. Bandi warned that BJP is not against any religion and would not settle if Hinduism is violated. “The fate of Hindus in Telangana is such that if someone wears a Hanuman mala or Ayyappa mala, they won’t be let into schools,” mentioned Bandi.
Bandi bashed the government for not even managing to build a bus stop at Alampur. He was aggravated at the fact that the people of Telangana had to go to Rayalaseema and Hyderabad for health treatment. Bandi said that he started the ‘Prajasangrama Yatra’ to find out what the people of Telangana want. He said that he will explain the schemes given by the center and also about KCR’s scams in this padayatra. Bandi reminded stressed various promises made by KCR which were unfulfilled. He declared that at any cost, he will make KCR procure grains from Yasangi farmers.
Bandi said that he had undertaken a padayatra on Ambedkar Jayanti to make it clear that the implementation of the Kalvakuntla constitution in Telangana is utterly unacceptable. He further questioned KCR on not making Dalit a Chief Minister. He asked KCR about not giving the three acres of land, and accused him of solely focusing on developing his family. “Dictatorship should end, the new Nizam must go. The family rule should come to an end,” said Bandi Sanjay calling on to the BJP to take part in the movement to destroy KCR’s regime and build a democratic Telangana.
