- Aparna is a trend in the real estate sector
- A brand image that has been spotless for years
- Has Aparna also become like all other companies ..?
- Kings who are open to conflict with 120 people.?
- How much land did the kings have? How many positions did they give?
- Aparna was warned before
Hyderabad, Tolivelugu Crime Bureau: Pate is building 1499 apartments in Bashirabad under the name of Aparna Serenity. In the campaign, it is said that permission was taken on 22 acres of 20-hole land. There are lands that have cleared the dispute with 120 people. The lands allotted to them by the Agri Industries in 1965 were claimed by the then government in 2008 as Survey No. 25/1. The royal family took clearance in the revenue records. Day-to-day rates skyrocketed, they had their eyes on the government land next to theirs. Now when the documents are verified from 1966 onwards there are a lot of differences in the numbers and dates and everything else. One thing was said, and entirely other things are done.
Is Aparna nothing but a thing of the past?
Aparna Constructions and Estate is the compass for the real estate sector in Hyderabad. Those who live in America with that brand .. those in Amalapuram, just buy by hearing that name. With the same belief for 24 years, every project has been built with a clear title without any controversy. It is believed that once somebody buys a flat with Aparna, there is a maximum chance of them sticking to Aparna for their future plans. The reputation that comes beyond other builders is that there is no compromise anywhere in quality and land dealings. Government lands, assigned, and the land that comes into the pond area is generally untouched by Aparna, but the recent news state otherwise.
So, What’s going on? Tolivelugu’s revelations!
The Crime Bureau has been keeping the issue of government lands in Telangana open to the public from time to time. In the case of Aparna Construction Company, Tolivelugu however, thought four times before getting into the details. We examined the documents they submitted for approvals in the names of B. Teja Raju, B. Rama Raju, B. Satyanarayana Raju, and B. Rahul Raju.
They are said to have bought the disputed lands from 120 people at Narmada along with Green Lands. All the legalities were turned upside down three years ago, revenue officials were deceived, and Survey No. 25/1 lands were tricked. We approached Aparna to verify the documents, also sent them emails to check a week ago. In the next story, we will see how certain details from the documents have vanished and who missed what!
