Seems like the Naga Babu will stop making headlines any time soon. Days after his Godse-patriot remarks, the Mega Brother again stood in the news on Saturday. But this time, it is his brother & JanaSena Chief Pawan Kalyan who triggered back the issue.
In a step taken to clarify the flaring issue, actor-turned-politician Pawan Kalyan in Saturday issued an official clarification over his brother, party Political Affairs Committee(PAC) member’s remarks. In an official statement to media, JanaSena party has stated that it has no connection with their party leader’s personal opinions & comments referring to Naga Babu.
Stating that the party would take to the official handles or documents to express its views, Pawan urged the media, party cadre and followers to rather help with the people who are facing hardship during corona crisis. This has triggered a lot of speculations while BJP forcing Pawan to extend a clarification over brother’s personal opinion is one of them.
It is to the known knowledge that Naga Babu on the occasion of Godse’s 120th birth anniversary called him a patriot and clarified that he changed his prospect towards him after a complete study on Godse’s life. “Godse was a true patriot. It is debatable whether his act of killing Gandhi was right or wrong but no media in his day presented his version and his point of view. Instead, they were subjected to the government’s views. The scene remains the same, even today,” tweeted Naga Babu.
