A major fire broke out on the set of Prabhas- OmRaut ’Adipurush’ set in suburban Goregaon, Mumbai on Tuesday afternoon. While around fifty to sixty people were present on the film’s set at the time of the accident, the initial reports reveal no casualties.
Eight fire engines, five jumbo tankers, one water tanker and a JCB are deployed at the spot that are working all odds to douse the fire. Fire brigade officials declared it to be a `level two’ fire which is considered as major.
All the Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan fans heaved a sigh of relief with reports claiming that the stars were not around in the set during the accident. “Only Om Raut and a small crew were filming on the set,” confirmed the eyewitnesses.
It can be noted that Om Raut’s magnum opus Adipurush went on floors on Tuesday morning. Prabhas took to Instagram to share a poster of the movie along with the word ‘Aarambh’ (begins) written on it.
