Get ready for another Pandemic…WHO Chief’s Sensational comments…!
World Health Organization Chief, Tedres Athanam Gebreasis made sensational remarks. He announced that another pandemic which is supposed to be more dangerous than Corona is expected to hit the world. He cautioned that the countries of the world should be ready to face another pandemic.
Many of the countries of the world are now recovering from Corona though with still some suffering. With his comments coming in this way, the countries of the world were put into shock. All the more, there is no clarity on what type of pandemic is going to strike… that’s the most worrisome point for many of the countries of the world.
Tedres said that just because Covid-19 has been declared a global health emergency, it shouldn’t be taken as that the threat of the pandemic has been removed. There is the growing threat of another variant. He said that it is likely to lead to another new disease and death. He further states that another deadly pathogen threat remains.
He said that when another epidemic is going to come before us, the entire world should be ready to respond to it collectively and decisively. He called upon everyone to face it together. He opined that the current generation needs to show dedication to face future pandemics. He also stated that one must work hard on finding out new routes and show dedication to face future situations.
