Actor-turned-politician and Hindupur MLA Balakrishna on Thursday tasted a bad experience from the people of his own constituency. During his visit to Hindupur, Balakrishna’s convoy was blocked by a local mob(alleged to be YSRCP activists) taking slogans against him. Accusing the leader of being a part of TDP’s political vendetta over three capital issue, the mob who tried to heckle Balayya called him a traitor. While Balakrishna was seen mum amidst the chaos, his team tried to convince the mob giving a tough time for the MLA for a while.
Meanwhile, the TDP supporters and Balakrishna fans who reached to the spot started a war of words making situations worse. Tension rose high for a while when the local police reached the spot and later subsided the issue. On this note, political analysts from Rayalaseema stated that the issue has brought the simmering discontent amongst the people of Rayalaseema into the limelight over the high court in their region. However, a section of media opined that YSRCP is deliberating instigating the Seema sentiment into the people to make things easy for their ‘capital-shift’ decision.
