Goddess Lakshmi showered her blessing on the state which has been blazing with anti-CAA protests. According to a sect of villagers who live in Sonbhadra district in Uttar Pradesh, Goddess Lakshmi herself walked in their premises after which a miracle was announced.
Into details, Geological Survey of India along with Uttar Pradesh Directorate of Geology and Mining has been carrying out searches in Sonbhadra district from the past two decades for the gold mines. And finally, the searches ended with the team discovering around 3,350-tonne gold ore. Sources revealed that the geologists discovered two goldmines beneath the mountains situated in Hardi village and Sonpahadi in Mahuli village.
The numbers revealed by the on-field team came as a surprise to the state government though the presence of the mines was confirmed by the officials back in 2012. Confirming the news, KK Rai, the Mining Officer said that the government is thinking of putting these deposits on lease for mining.
“The seven-member team that visited Sonbhadra on Thursday will submit its report to the government on 22 February, after which the process of auctioning the blocks will be conducted by Yogi led State government,” he said. The officials are also exploring the possibility of rare minerals like uranium in the area. Meanwhile, the news has set ripples in all the nearby villages which came up with different mythological stories while Goddess Lakshmi showering their state with her blessings is one of them.
