As per reports, the Jubilee Hills Housing Society has sold land belonging to the society to Actor Chiranjeevi. Though the land is supposed to be used for public purposes, the society has got the land registered to Actor Chiranjeevi illegally. It was alleged that one square yard of land costs about Rs.4 lakhs and 595 square yards of land was sold to Chiranjeevi at a throw away price, giving reasons for people to be suspicious.

Tolivelugu Crime Bureau, in a recent story disclosed all the details related to this issue and in turn the society has promptly gone ahead with a defamation suit on Tolivelugu. It’s surprising to note that in a society having about 5 thousand members, if any irregularities are found to be…then they are expected to be resolved with the support of the managing committee in an appropriate way as per the rule book of their society. Now that the High Court has given clear directions, this issue has gained more prominence. The court has directed Chiranjeevi and the President of the Jubilee Hills Society to submit counter to the court and case was adjourned to 25th April 2023.
It was alleged even by the members of the society that everything in the society is happening under the tutelage of B R Naidu, father of B Ravindranath, President of the Jubilee Hills Housing Society. There are many complaints on many issues related with the society on different aspects.
In the recent past, there is a dispute related with the land that belongs to BSNL and the open place belonging to the society and after sometime it seems that certain settlement was made. There are rumors that one of the members tried to annex some part of the land and…it looks like.. if no one raises any objections, then all is well everything works well. Again land belonging to Apollo Hospital was also under the scanner of such people with vested interests and trying to keep their hands on such other properties as well within, and in and around the housing society lands. The general public wonders about the fate of properly registered lands / buildings and other related issues of the housing society. It is felt that all these aspects are to be keenly observed and assessed and justice need to be delivered to the deserved ones.
The Jubilee Hills Housing Society’s issues are always rocking the society from long time since and even during the enquiry stage itself, 5 members of the society were removed including the society’s secretary. However, those 5 members have represented to the tribunal and they could get back their membership based on the verdict of the tribunal. However, it seems that the Managing Committee is not allowing the Secretary of the society to attend the management committee meetings, though he was also able to retain his membership. All said and done, every now and then some issue or the other is affecting the functioning of the society and a stage has come that almost all the issues are to be settled or to be resolved only through court proceedings only.
