State President of BJP Bandi Sanjay said that it is heartening that the Chief Justice of the State High Court has issued an order to conduct an SIT investigation under the supervision of a sitting judge into the purchase case of four MLAs. He said that BJP’s opinion is also the same. He said that with the orders of the Hon’ble High Court, there is an opportunity for the investigation to be conducted transparently.
Bandi said that the TRS government is conspiring to damage the image of the BJP. The fact that the Chief Minister held a press meeting accusing his party is proof of that. He said that the comments made by the High Court bench regarding holding the CM’s press meet are commendable. We welcome the High Court’s order not to disclose the details of the progress of the SIT investigation and to submit the progress report to the single judge in a sealed cover by the 29th of this month.
Sanjay said that the wrongdoers and conspirators should be punished. That is what the people of Telangana also want. He said that he has faith in the Hon’ble High Court bench. Bandi Sanjay commented that they are confident that the facts will come to light and the conspirators behind the purchase of MLAs will be revealed and the culprits will be punished accordingly.
On the other hand, the Telangana High Court refused to hand over the case to the CBI. The High Court dismissed the petition filed by BJP state general secretary Gujjula Premender Reddy in this matter. The SIT has made it clear that the investigation should continue under the supervision of the High Court. The high court ordered to submission of the progress on the investigation of the case on the 29th of this month. Bandi Sanjay released the announcement in this order.
