While the 1.3 billion-strong Chinese population is under the lockdown, the death toll from the COVID-19 has reached 1,873 on Tuesday. The novel virus not only stirred new controversies over the government downplaying the severity, but it also popped numerous theories and alleged conspiracies. A few of the Indian gurus too gave out a few theories, while the recent one took to the headlines of late.
Reacting to the outbreak that has been taking the toll at the scientific community, Swami Chakrapani, the National President of All India Hindu Mahasabha claimed it to be a punishment to the non-vegetarians. Not only just stating it, Swamy also gave an analogy supporting his statement. He stated that Lord Narasimha took an avatar as Corona to punish the people torturing and killing animals.
The Hindu Mahasabha chief also suggested a solution for Chinese premier Xi Jinping to end the outbreak. “Create an idol of Corona in a dedicated temple and seek forgiveness. Pledge of not harming any innocent creatures in future. Corona will come down,” said Swami Chakrapani. On this note, he assured that God-worshipping and Gau Raksha believer Indians are immune to coronavirus.
