JanaSena Chief Pawan Kalyan has been the favourite target for YSRCP leaders of late. The actor-turned-politician who remained mum for certain days, however, chose to hit back which has been evident in recent times. Seems like the recent association with BJP couldn’t help but has added fuel to the mutual verbal war. In a recent revelation, YSRCP activists brought the massive propaganda campaign in social media questioning Pawan Kalyan’s interest in Amaravati farmers.
Circulated the pictures which are said to be the documents of Pawan Kalyan owning 62 acres of land in Mandadam village of Amaravati, YSRCP party leaders lashed out on Pawan for taking up Amaravati cause worried about the value of those lands going down. But did Pawan really own 62 acres of land in Amaravati or is he one of the victims like thousands of farmers in the capital region?
As ToliVelugu tried to dig, interesting facts came to limelight. If Pawan has a notion to reap the benefits from his lands in Amaravati, why did he endow them to CRDA like all the other farmers? It is true that Pawan bought 90 acres of land in 2018, but has later given his lands to CRDA for the development of Amaravati. Which infers that Pawan who is facing allegations over insider trading now came out as one of the victims. On this note, many of the analysts opined that if Pawan really has the intention to trade he wouldn’t have given them to state government going throw all the legal procedures.
Into details, Pawan purchased lands from Pasham Kotireddy at Mangalgiri in April 2018 through a link document 10401/2012 and has given these lands to APCRDA through 2567/2018 link document. News has it that the market value of the lands back then was registered at Rs 24,037,860 rupees and was given to CRDA just for Rs 21,90,000 at loss. On the other hand, many of the political leaders and celebrities were said to reap good profits by selling these land.
