Under the auspices of the State Department of Women’s Security, a special program on ‘Awareness Program on Cyber World for Women and Children’ was held. Sindhu addressed the audience as the chief guest. Cybercrime is mainly centered on women and children.
Indus said SHE teams across Hyderabad and across the state have become a special guarantee for the safety of women and children. It also suggests that cyber warriors should be reassured that they have been exposed to cyber fraud. If you are a victim of such crimes, you should immediately report it to the nearest police station. Also suggested that everyone do some exercise every day.
Sindhu said that parents should constantly monitor their children and motivate them to understand and overcome any problem. She said that she had faced cyberbullying and trolling. Sindhu lauded the making of students as cyber warriors at the school level.
Additional DG, Women’s Security, Swati Lakra, and IG Sumathi were present on the occasion. Swati Lakra said cybercrime has also increased through increased mobile usage in the wake of online classes. He said two students and one female teacher from each school in the state have been given special training to deal with these. So far, nearly 2,000 teachers and 3,500 students have been trained in the state, Swati Lakra said.
