Hyderabad: Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan assured that he would seek KCR for appointment in the coming two days to discuss the ways to resolve the RTC strike. Upon meeting the RTC JAC union leaders in JanaSena office, Hyderabad, the actor-turned-politician heard their issues and circumstances around the series of employee suicides. JAC convenor Ashwaththama Reddy has reportedly sought the support of Pawan Kalyan. Speaking to the media after the meeting, Pawan stated that he has enormous respect for KCR and he is sure that KCR would consider his plea.
Stating that the government is way too rigid with the employees, Pawan said that the strike is not only a problem for RTC employees but also for the whole state who are struggling to commute. “16 employees ending their lives to achieve their demands, disturbed me a lot. I urge all the employees to stay strong and fight back rather taking drastic decisions”. He then assured the employees that he would take part in the JAC protest activities from now on despite KCR’s decision on the strike.
