Vijayawada MP Kesineni Nani’s decision not to contest in the 2024 elections set ripples in the TDP circles. While many anticipated that everything to subside like Butchaiah Chowdary’s resignation reports, Nani through a letter indicated that neither he nor his daughter Shweta would be interested in contesting the 2024 elections.
The leader further asked the party chief Chandrababu to look for an alternative to him which has left the chief with quite a task as the party is already in existential crisis. This scenario has now given space for an interesting report which claimed that two-time MP Lagadapati Rajagopal is all set to make his political re-entry as an alternative to Kesineni Nani
