The Banjara Hills drugs case is now embodying the dynamics of politics. Various opposition party leaders are stating their opinions on how people will get to know a lot about the real shades of the ruling party and celebrities once this drugs case comes to an end. Amid the mess, BJP MLA Raja Singh responded to this, subtly slamming the Chief Minister of Telangana KCR.
Raja Singh openly said that if at all KCR is a truthful person and a responsible leader, he will conduct a full-fledged investigation into the drugs case in good faith. He went on to say that if everything is done in an orderly discipline, the police will not leave the matter in two days. Raja Singh urged for strict punishment and action against all those who are buying and selling drugs in the state. He even went on to say that police officers must encounter criminals if necessary.
About this peculiar matter, Raja Singh said that he would support KCR in the encounter case situation if at all it comes to that. In general, we have seen that the government is rushing the case when any drugs affair comes to light, then leaving it just after two days. That is the reason behind Raja Singh’s bold response. He advised the investigators to completely focus on the issue and never let anyone go free.
The task force police conducted inspections at the Pudding and Mink Pub in Banjara Hills on Sunday morning. 144 people were detained, including the owner. There are some young celebrities identified in the pub. They were released after their details were recorded. The police investigation is ongoing.
