Revanth Reddy, TPCC Chief has visited Kothakonda Veerabhadra Swamy temple and offered special prayers. Earlier, he was received amidst Vedic chants by the temple priests with ‘Poorna Kumbham’
Speaking to media personnel after the visit, he has promised to provide homes for the poor people and 2 lakh jobs once the Congress Party comes back to power in Telangana state. Revanth also said that in recent times KCR himself accepted that he is becoming old and that’s the reason for them to say Bye Bye to KCR. He went on to say that even their own party cadre also wishes to see KCR spend the rest of his life in his farm house.
According to Revanth, it’s no longer a secret to anybody and slogans are heard hailing KTR as the next CM in public meetings. He alleged that imposing section 144 in Bhoopalapalli is only to cover the mis deeds of local MLA in various issues. He gave a call to people to say ‘Bye Bye KCR and Welcome to Congress Party’
Revanth visited the Gandipalli project located in Akkannapeta Mandal of Siddipeta district and promised that once the congress party comes to power, the Gandipalli project would be completed within 6 months. Though KCR visited the projects at Gowravelli and Gandipalli and assured the people that these projects would be completed at priority and he would be taking all possible steps for their completion, nothing tangible was done and lamented that this is the state of affairs even after fighting for and getting the Telangana State.
He reminded people that both Gowravelli and Gandipalli projects were initiated during Congress regime and expressed confidence that these projects would be completed by the Congress party only. Revanth also criticized the state government that though during the Congress regime 70% of the project was completed, the Telangana Government has completely ignored the project. More over the compensation packages for the rehabilitation of the project area people are still pending and the concerned people are struggling. Also, claimed that people asking for the rehabilitation packages are being put behind the bars.
