It is very well known that Chief Minister KCR has been declaring war on the Center every once in a while. Considering these aspects, his tour to Mumbai plays a crucial role in shaping the coming elections. Analysts are believing that this could change the dynamics of politics across the country. TRS fraternity believes that KCR will meet all the respective leaders of other states and opposition parties in Telangana itself to come up with strategies. However, opposition parties are pouring out some strong satires.
Congress MLA Jaggareddy responded to the meeting between KCR and Thackeray. He opined that the meeting with the Maharashtra CM was a part of the political strategy KCR is coming up with. Jagga Reddy is of opinion that even if the CM wants to break the UPA alliance, it will not work. As of now, only Stalin and Mamata are fighting directly against the BJP. DMK, TMC, and Shiv Sena are actually on the Congress’ side. Jaggareddy alleged that KCR is specifically meeting anti-BJP leaders to tarnish the image of the BJP.
Political pundits believe that there is truth in Jaggareddy’s remarks. They are saying that nobody is ready to trust KCR because of his inconsistency. KCR has been observed to be agreeing to every single bill introduced by the center for seven and half years, and now all of a sudden, his full-fledged fight against the BJP isn’t sounding convincing to the other leaders. They say KCR seems to be working as part of a conspiracy to hurt Congress.
On the other hand, BJP MLA Rajender also reacted to the KCR Mumbai tour. He said that the KCR was touring Mumbai to divert and avoid public outrage. Rajender made it clear that an alliance of regional parties would not be possible without a national party. He stated that KCR earlier tried to form a Federal Front which wasn’t successful. Rajender opined that no other alliance except the NDA and UPA had excelled in the country.
The Congress leaders are of opinion that KCR is solely trying to weaken the UPA alliance which is impossible. Meanwhile, the BJP leaders are stating that it is impossible for KCR to accomplish anything anymore. However, amidst these debates, it would be interesting to see the outcome of KCR’s meeting in Mumbai.
