Those who all are aware of the present political scenarios in the state can affirm one thing for sure. TDP, the main opposition is on the verge of fading while the ruling YSRCP and the other parties like BJP and JanaSena are fast-moving the pawns strategically.
Things indeed took a swift turn after Pawan Kalyan’s JanaSena joined hands with BJP which is ardently trying to expand its roots in Telugu states. Ever since which JanaSena that has been the main support to TDP during all agitations especially like ‘Save Amaravati’. However, it all changed while the youngest party’s supremo blaming Chandrababu Naidu for breaking alliance with BJP before the 2019 elections.
In a recent interview from his farmhouse, JanaSena chief Pawan Kalyan addressed the three capital issue. Urging the Jagan-led state government to heed to the concerns raised by Amaravati farmers, Pawan found fault with the former Chief Minister.
“He should have listened to PM Modi to restrain the capital into a 3,000 acres venture like Gandhinagar. Chandrababu’s decision costed the lives of thousands of farmers across 29 villages,” said Pawan Kalyan. This triggered new speculations in state political circles who opined that the Chief is on rekindling the long lost ‘BJP-TDP’ alliance.
Adding strength to the argument, the senior TDP leaders were seen hinting upon the Yellow party joining the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in the coming days. It can be noted that ruling YSRCP has been giving quite a tough times for the TDP leaders with a roll of arrests and digging out various discrepancies.
