Known to bring the unnoticed social issues to the limelight, actor-turned-politician Pawan Kalyan has yet again filled hope and lent helping hand for fishermen from AP trapped in Chennai. The JanaSena Chief on Sunday made an open appeal to Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami to provide food and shelter to Andhra fishermen who stuck at the Chennai port.
Hours after which, Palaniswami and his team not only provided food and other commodities to the Telugu fisherman but also ensured that the fishermen are safe. Replying to Pawan Kalyan on Twitter, TN CM wrote: “Dear @PawanKalyan Our team of officers met Andhra Pradesh fishermen representatives and distributed food, water & other essential commodities. They are safe and secure now! Let their families not worry! Thank you!”.
