A man who took the oath of ascetic at the age of 23 years is now in the midst of a huge controversy. When pictures of Yadadri temple pillars suddenly surfaced, there was huge uproar. The fact that images of Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao, Telangana Rashtra Samithi party symbol and many government schemes were inscribed into the pillars was something that people in both Telugu states were not ready comprehend. And a day later Tolivelugu team got exclusive visuals of much more controversial carvings. Many pillars there had erotic sculptures on them. When Tolivelugu contacted Yadagirigutta Temple Development Authority CEO Kishan Rao, he denied the presence of any such carvings. When these erotic images became viral, the devotees of Yadagirigutta Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy were more than angry. While a few tried to convince that a few olden temples do have those sculptures, people who understand scriptures are not ready to agree. Never will there be any such sculpture at a Vaishnavite temples and it is against the legend of Yadadri too.
The whole thing left the CMO officials red-faced and ordered immediate disposal of these pillars. But the interesting part is, all of them are saying that the design of each and every aspect of the temple was done under the aegis of Chinna Jeeyar Swamy. While his love towards KCR and TRS party is understandable, no one is sure why Jeeyar approved erotic sculptures in a Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy’s temple. Did Chinna Jeeyar miss the fact that the god worshiped at Yadadri is an incarnation of Lord Vishnu? Or are the officials trying to simply shift the blame on to the Jeeyar?
