Junior Artiste raises allegations against 'Bharat Ane Nenu' Associate Director

The extent of injustice and harassment faced by Telugu girls in Tollywood is slowly coming to light, sending shockwaves through the industry. While actress Sri Reddy was the first to approach the media with details of the seedy side of Tollywood, other actresses are also raising their voices now.
In a discussion on TV9, a junior artiste named Sunitha revealed her trials in the industry. She said that during her initial days in the industry, junior artiste agents had tried to take advantage of her, but she had spurned them, due to which she lost many opportunities. She said that only people who understood her plight had given her work. She revealed that Associate Directors harassed artistes, and said that she did not know about others in the industry. She also said that there were even plans afoot to take her to Mumbai at one point of time. Sunitha made strong allegations against the directorial department of ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’ while speaking of her experiences.
