Every time the state minister KTR talks about the plantation in Telangana, at some corner of the state, there is a Flexi raising on the giant boards and on the buildings proclaiming the status of the TRS party in the state. On one hand, KTR openly keeps reminding his party members not to set up flexis by any chance. But, on the other hand, they do the exact same without caring about the words of party leaders. However, there are no records of TRS leaders listening to him. In general, all the party members pay attention to their leaders and follow certain rules set by them. But TRS leaders do not hold back. A good example of this is the setting up of flexies.
The party leaders set up flexis across Hyderabad in the wake of the TRS Plenary. Prajashanti party leader KA Paul has filed a petition in the Telangana High Court objecting to this. He also complained to the GHMC commissioner that the Flexi was placed contrary to the regulations. They demanded the immediate removal of flexis that were in violation of the Rules.
KA Paul said the state government had earlier ordered that no flexis be placed under the GHMC and that strict action would be taken if flexis were placed. Now the flexis were placed in such a way that they were entirely contrary to the rules. The ruling TRS party has been accused of setting up flexis across the city for the plenum, flouting government regulations.
“It is not wrong to advertise with classifieds. But, putting Flexi in the middle of the road is wrong,” said KA Paul. He was outraged that the public was in serious trouble because of them. KA Paul asked the High Court to register cases against those who set up flexis on the roads.
