Union Water Power Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat came to the inauguration of the third phase of the Praja Sangrama Yatra. He started his speech in Telugu and thanked everyone for coming to the gathering. On this occasion, he was furious with the KCR government. He asked with what design was the Kaleswaram project built. It is alleged that the project pump houses sank due to engineering errors. He criticized that Kaleswaram was built only for commissions and this project has become an ATM to give money to KCR.
Shekhawat asked KCR to give an explanation about the corruption activities going on at the Kaleshwaram project and cited KCR’s involvement and illicit activities as one of the main reasons behind the project not getting the National status as expected. He asked the people of Telangana to give power to BJP to jail corrupt people. He made it clear that he will throw out the corrupt government in the state. He said that he was very happy to visit the very holy place Yadadri Sri Lakshminarasimha Swamy and wished Bandi Sanjay a huge success on the third phase of the Padayatra.
Shekhawat, who came here on the orders of Prime Minister Modi, spoke that many people fought and sacrificed their lives against the British for freedom. Added that the Telangana movement was also fought in the same way and many people sacrificed their lives to accomplish greatness, yet only to end up the way it is now which is disappointing. He pointed out that corruption is happening at every level in Telangana and to pay real tribute to those who sacrificed their lives for the state, the KCR government should be thrown out.

The Union Minister said that why the people of Telangana fought, those dreams did not come true. He went on to say that people want a change, adding, “Listen KCR, BJP government will come in Telangana under the leadership of Bandi Sanjay. KCR did not support the tribal candidate in the presidential election. He supported only corrupt and family parties and he does not care about the oppressed castes.”
