While actress Rhea is being frayed by Narcotic Control Board(NCB) over her connections with drug paddlers, the mafia is now rattling Karnataka film industry with the arrest of actress Ragini Dwivedi.
In a recent revelation, sleuths of Central Crime Branch (CCB) conducted flash raids at Kannada actor Sanjana Galrani’s residence and taken her into custody.
After the arrest, the actress who made her Tollywood debut with Prabhas’ film ‘Bujjigadu’ was shifted to KC General Hospital in Bengaluru for the medical examinations. However, the actress on Thursday dramatically refused to give her blood samples for a dope test as a part of the Central Crime Branch of Bengaluru’s (CCB) investigation.
Lashing out on the officials that she was arrested merely on the basis of WhatsApp chats and that there was no evidence to prove her guilty, Sanjana in a video was seen yelling at the investigating officer Puneeth and other senior doctors for forcing her to take the blood test.
“It is my fundamental right to say no to giving a blood sample and my lawyers have informed me the same,” she argued. Meanwhile, the CCB sleuths stated that they have permissions form court to conduct drug tests but the actress isn’t cooperating.
Apart from which, the actress was learnt to be physically fit and was shifted to State Women’s home after they are taken into custody in the drugs case.
