Union Minister Kishan Reddy once again criticized the BRS government. On this occasion, he spoke to the media on Thursday. He said that due to CM KCR’s stubborn attitude, there is a situation where salaries cannot be paid to government employees. He criticized the non-implementation of welfare schemes meant for the poor. He went on to say that the central funds allotted to the panchayats were diverted by the state government within an hour through the digital key.
CM KCR is ruling like a dictator in Telangana. He expressed anger that the Telangana government is neglecting the issue of scholarships for SC students. He said that due to chaotic economic policies, the state has become bankrupt. BRS leaders in the state are accused of arbitrarily exploiting resources.
He said that the prices of petrol and diesel are higher in Telangana than in other states and that the state government is charging an additional Rs 13 per liter of petrol. He further stated that the BRS leaders are politicizing petrol prices which is completely unethical.
“If the VAT on diesel is 22 percent, it has been increased to 27 percent in Telangana. The oil companies have not increased prices despite losses,” saying so, Kishan Reddy disclosed that Prime Minister Modi took strong measures to avoid burdening the common man despite the increase in petro products during the war between Russia and Ukraine.
