Yellareddy, Tolivelugu: TJS President Professor Kodandaram was highly critical of Telangana Chief Minister KCR. He alleged that Andhra contractors were ruling the state of Telangana which they had fought for and achieved after a bloody decades-long struggle. Kodandaram visited Yellareddy in the Kamareddy district on Wednesday. He spoke to the media on the occasion. He stated that people voted for KCR and brought him to power twice just because of the state sentiment, labeling himself as a party formed for the state movement.
Despite coming to power twice, everything KCR has done so far is giving the projects to the contractors and landlords from Andhra state, while totally ignoring the locals. “Let’s be honest, our contractors are losing money. KCR, who claims that TRS is a rebel-movement party, is today ironically suppressing public movements in Telangana today,” said Kodandaram.
Kodandaram fired, saying that the activists would be given a proper place in a separate state, instead of that, the same activists are being sent to jail on illegal charges. KCR has been criticized for not caring about the plight of the people except for the thirst for power. He was accused of constantly trying to deceive the people in some way and win the election.
He was outraged that KCR had insulted Jayashankar. Kodandaram made it clear that TJS was working for Jayashankar’s intentions. He demanded Rs 10,000 per acre for the affected farmers due to KCR’s ill advice.
