Though released with a claim that none of the characters in the film resembles any living persons, RGV’s ‘Kamma Rajyamlo Kadapa Reddlu’ set ripples in both political and film fraternities with picture-perfect resemblances of a few biggies. The most controversial director Ram Gopal Varma didn’t step back to disappoint the rumour mongers who went all busy spreading spicy updates. Right from the cast who almost resembled the original people, RGV took no qualms for zeroing on particular political party.
The movie seems to chronicle the political events around Chandrababu Naidu and Jagan after the latter assumed office as the Chief Minister. ‘Bhairava Geetha’ fame Siddharth Thatholu co-directed the bold movie along with Ram Gopal Varma. The 2.50 min-long trailer showed the actors who portrayed the characters of Jagan, Chandrababu Naidu, Nara Lokesh, Brahmini, JanaSena president Pawan Kalyan, KA Paul, and even Amit Shah & Narendra Modi. Though the release day is yet to be announced, RGV has already hit the controversies with a row of posters targeting Pawan and Chandrababu.
