KTR, who toured extensively in the joint Warangal district, laid the foundation stones for various important projects worth Rs.193 crore for the development work. As part of that, the newly constructed Warangal Metropolitan Corporation administration building worth Rs 20 crore 50 lakhs was also inaugurated. Smart road works which are worth Rs 8 crore were opened, and along with the road, KTR also inaugurated the newly constructed Council Hall and modernized library at Rangampet at a cost of Rs 2 crore. Afterward, the foundation stones were laid for the construction of canals with Rs 15 crore for various development works in the Public Garden.
An integrated command control room at a cost of Rs 71 crore, a human waste management center at a cost of Rs 8 crore, a special park at a cost of Rs 2 crore, works on 37 government schools at a cost of Rs 9 crore, Warangal Potanagar Cemetery development at a cost of Rs 1.50 crore and a flag at the KMG national park at a cost of Rs 80 lakh, Rs. 4 crores for integrated sports complex works, retaining walls for flood canals at Hanumakonda at a cost of Rs 22 crore, culverts at a cost of Rs 15 crore and retaining walls for R&BR CC retaining walls, foundation stones were laid for all these projects. He then left for Narsampet by a special helicopter.
KTR has undertaken various development works in Narsampet at a cost of Rs 43.50 crore. The foundation stone was laid for the Integrated Veg and Non-Veg market to be constructed at a cost of Rs 4.50 crore at the Municipal Office. The new library building was constructed at a cost of Rs. 50 lakhs Mepma new building constructed at a cost of Rs. 30 lakhs in Chennaravupeta and Duggondi mandals KTR inaugurated the Women’s Federation buildings, which were undertaken at a cost of Rs 1 crore. A mega-company was set up at Ashok Nagar, to supply gas door-to-door. KTR then addressed a public meeting held at Narsampet Bypass Road.
At the event, KTR said that BJP is restricted to words and nothing else. He said that Chief Minister KCR is struggling each and every day to accomplish the golden state of Telangana for which crores of citizens had fought for ages. KTR said that welfare schemes that are not available anywhere in the country are being implemented in Telangana. He announced that no other CM in the country is as invested in the farmers as KCR. He said Rs 50,000 crore has already been given to farmers under the Raitubandhu, and about Rs, 25,000 crores have been allocated for the debt waiver scheme. He lauded Telangana as the only state that provides 24 hours power to farmers without any cuts. It has been clarified that Telangana will soon bring in agro-based, food processing industries.
KTR went on today that despite Prime Minister Narendra Modi hiking the gas prices to Rs 1000 at the center, MLA Sudarshan Reddy is supplying gas to households at a lower price than anywhere else. He revealed that the cheap gas will be distributed at a cheaper rate to the rest of the state, and also bashed the center for raising the prices of commodities to an exponential level. KTR stated that the center is acting recklessly towards the hardships of common people.
