KTR inaugurates Hyderabad’s T Works!
India’s largest prototyping centre T Works was jointly inaugurated by KTR, IT & Industries Minister, Telangana State and Young Liu, Chairman, Foxconn on 2nd March 2023 at Hyderabad.
The T Works was established in Hyderabad’s Rayadurgam IT corridor which spreads across 18 acres and the facility is set up in an area of 78000 SFT with excellent utilisation of the state of the art technologies. Speaking at the inaugural function, KTR stated that the T Works was designed in such way to ensure that the Telangana State stands out as the most sought after destination for innovative product designing and production in the country. The state extends warm welcome to the innovative entrepreneurs with new and vibrant product design ideas which are vital for the day to day use of common people.
The Telangana state government has already spent about 110 crores to install 200 highly technically advanced machines at the T Works facility and expecting about 40 crores of investment from different companies of the corporate sector in the coming days. The state government is all set to provide employment opportunities for the Telangana youth, without expecting any kind of support from the central government.
According to the IT Minister, the Telangana government has come out with facilities like T Hub and V Hub to support the innovative youth with the aim of enhancing their different skill sets. Now the government has come out with T Works to continuously extend support to the talented youth to enhance their inherent potential. KTR also wished and hoped for the success of T Works also on par with T Hub.
