Congress MLA Shridhar Babu stated that the farmers of the state are being treated with great injustice. Today there was a discussion in the Legislative Assembly on the topic of thanking the Governor. On this occasion, the MLA criticized the government.
He complained that KTR had told lies too. He expressed his displeasure that the farmers are being cheated in the purchase of grain in the state. It is alleged that they are extorting at the rate of 8 kg per quintal in the name of depreciation. During the debate in the Legislative Assembly on the issue of thanking the Governor today, he mentioned the problems of the farmers.
Sridhar Babu stated that 107 farmers committed suicide in Telangana this year. He said that they have evidence of this. He alleged that 7000-grain purchase centers have been set up across the state but they are cheating the farmers and committing illegalities in those purchase centers.
They want to know when the unemployment benefits will be given to all 26 lakh unemployed people across the state. Sridhar Babu revealed that the government has watered down the fee reimbursement scheme. Shridhar Babu deposed Chief Minister KCR on the promise to establish a medical college in every district in Telangana. He said that the KCR government has completely ignored the services of 108 ambulances in the state.
