KTR Press meet on TSPSC issues; cautions youth to be vigilant!
Addressing media personnel at BRK Bhavan, Telangana Minister, KTR spoke at length on the ongoing TSPSC exam papers leakage and related developments and action taken by the Government and other issues of importance. The Minister disclosed that they have reviewed on all aspects of the TSPSC issues as per the direction of the CM KCR and also had discussions with the experts. He told that TSPSC has been at the forefront to utilize the technology and progressing well over a period of time. Today, unfortunately, just because of a couple of employees, the entire organisation got in to trouble and while categorically stating that this is the outcome of the wrong doings of two persons namely, Praveen and Rajasekhar Reddy only and not that of the organisation. He was of the opinion that not only Praveen and Rajasekhar Reddy but also, anyone found to be involved with them shall also be brought to justice, for sure. While admitting that the onus lies on the government of the day and they shall take full responsibility. There should never be trouble for lakhs of students.

KTR spoke much about TSPSC and its history. He says that TSPSC created the record of conducting examination for around 10 lakh students. Till now, 155 notifications were issued under TSPSC, and 37000 jobs were filled up….sharing that the TSPSC has got track record and told that it was one of the best in the service of the Nation.
KTR exhorts unemployed youth not to worry…and suggested them not to trust anyone, whose words have no value. He was wondering that since the accused Rajasekhar Reddy happens to be a BJP worker, one cannot rule out conspiracy angle as well. KTR demanded for a full-fledged investigation in to the entire issue of TSPSC Examinations and related points. He has his own doubts on BJP’s role as well taking in to cognizance BJP’s earlier statements. One need to work out on, whether there is any other motive under the guise of this scenario.
The Minister also says that their Government is working for the benefit of unemployed youth of the state. However, some forces are working with ill will and spreading rumors against their government and they are all unemployed politicians. He cautioned such individuals to be more vigilant and conduct themselves with respect. KTR says that BJP got no right to talk about jobs, as they have never bothered about that aspect.
KTR clarified that TSPSC is a constitutionally created organisation and the government’s role in their operations is nil or minimal. At the same time, he was asking about the connection between IT minister and the issue related with TSPSC, as raised by the opposition people, and quipped – ‘Do you know, what would be the job of an IT Minister?’ He was also critical of opposition people asking for his resignation and even demanding that he should be dismissed from the ministry. He retorted by asking the opposition people – ‘How many people were dismissed in Vyapam Scam?’
KTR requested those candidates who have already written the examination and got them qualified to be more patient and confident, since their examinations stands cancelled. He can sympathize with them. As pointed out earlier, just because of a couple of employees, the entire TSPSC is taking corrective steps in the larger interests of the candidates. Some of the politicians are trying to trap the candidates by instigating them. He has asked the candidates to be more vigilant and focused on such moves. Though it’s painful for the Government to cancel the examinations…plan of action for conducting the examinations once again would be decided and announced shortly. The candidates, who have already registered need not register and pay the fees once again. On the other hand the Government shall work on a plan to provide the entire study material of all the 4 cancelled examinations and make sure, that is available to all the candidates on line, free of cost. Also plans are being worked out for reading rooms in study centres to be available 24 hours. Finally, KTR has also promised to provide free food for the candidates who are preparing and going to appear for the TSPSC examinations in the days to come.
