Tolivelugu, Crime Bureau: The Telangana government has opened up a lakh crore scam in land regularization. Tolivelugu crime Bureau gathered all the evidence it needed. It turned out that only the ULC was sneaking clearances out of the surplus lands occupied by the influential people. The scam was behind doing good only to those who were in their favor. Demand for these applications has increased due to rising land rates in Hyderabad, Joint Rangareddy, and Medak districts. There are areas where buildings are constructed without even getting proper clearances. There are allegations that the whole scam was going on in Quid Pro Co and a lot many people are involved in it where the allocation was done as per the prices of previous times.
No to GO 166- Business started in 1992
To regularize the urban sealing lands Telangana government received applications according to GO’s 455,456,747,58,59. However, the TRS government, which had told the High Court in 2008 that the 166 GOs brought by the then Congress government in 2008 were being abused and would not continue with that GO, succumbed to land mafia pressure a few days later and brought in GO No. 92 on May 26, 2016. However, all these are rates are clear from the outside, but the acquiring of these was done at different prices. The list of applicants it never released. The information that should be kept in the public domain is now hidden. Apartments have been raised over the vacant lands that were under the Urban Ceiling Act for decades.
Everything will be revealed
Despite any information openly available in the public domains, Tolivelugu managed to obtain everything on the regularization of lands. Crime Bureau found details about whoever applied for the clearances based on which GO at what time. According to this evidence, we can conclude that the whole scene was played in favor of a few people who are influential and powerful.
These are the people who applied:
1. Dr. Prasad Rao occupied 16 thousand 593 yards of government land in Survey Nos. 684,694,685 in Kukatpally, Pragati Nagar. This cannot be regulated under the GO, or the Government’s ULC Act. In order to do so, a Cabinet resolution must be made. The information states that it is cleared with non-special orders.
2. Former corporator Mohammad Sharif in Allapur applied to have occupied 6 thousand 325 yards.
3. The government has cleared 2,000 yards of land belonging to Unnaramesh Patel in Survey No. 1094,1095 next to Kookatpalli Metro Station. It seems he still has 11,000 yards.
4. In Survey No. 130 in Bachupally, Janaki Devi along with some others occupied an acre of land.
These are just spot on. Tolivelugu Crime Bureau is going to put everyone out there. Three thousand files were first received in the joint Rangareddy. It has all the details of how it was cleared up with political involvement. In another article, let’s see how the TRS government cleared 16,000 yards of land in Nanakramguda to a realtor who had given land in Banjara Hills to a key leader in the party, the minister. Considering the 166 GO, with old dates, over 300 yards of land was handed over in Banjara Hills to the former DGP at the lowest possible price. The Crime Bureau is going to put in front of you all the evidence, not just a single story, but a series of articles about the in-depth details of the land worth lakhs of crores.
