While the Jagan-led state government is into tightening the noose around SEC Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar, the latter on Saturday has filed a sensational petition in the AP High Court.
Alleging that all his letters and communication messages made with Raj Bhavan with the Governor are leaking out, Nimmagadda called for an inquiry into the same.
Raising concerns in this regard, the SEC who has been waging a legal war against the state government has requested a CBI enquiry to bring out the leaks. Nimmagadda, on this note, wanted to know how all the letters to the Privilege Committee were leaked out of the office.
The petition alleged that his letter applying for leave are coming out on social media, he stated that a few ministers as well confronted the same.
Ministers Peddireddy and Botsa Satyanarayana, along with the Principal Secretary to the Governor and CS, were included as respondents in the matter. The petition is likely to come up for hearing today.
