Madanapalle sisters’ murder case which set ripples in the Telugu states has been taking interesting turns with each passing day. While the accused-parents of the deceased Purushotham Naidu and Padmaja are in police remand, the demand report submitted by the police is leaving everyone who read in utter shock.
According to the report, Alekhya (27) and Sai Divya (22) took their pet dog for a walk the other day and came back panicked claiming that the younger one stepped lemons and chilies on road. It was stated that Divya is scared that she will die while Alekya worsened her situation strengthening the former’s suspicious.
Upon which the parents of the girls reportedly called sorcerer Venkata Subbaiah who performed occult Poojas in the home on January 23rd. During the investigation Subbaiah has revealed that Padmaja has called him to her house and heal her younger daughter Divya Sai, who was shouting continually in a room.
It was reported that Divya is the one who requested her sister and parents to beat her to death to drive away from the evil in her. While the parents used dumbbells, the body was spotted by the police in a pool of blood. Later, Alekhya told her parents that she would bring her sister back to this world and asked her parents to kill her as well around 5 PM in the evening.
After both the daughters died, Purushottam Naidu was learnt to call Gauri Shankar, a retired teacher on mobile. At his suggestion, a man named Raju, who was a PD at the Madanapalle Government Women’s Degree College, went to Purushottam Naidu’s house who spotted pieces of hair and glass at the worship room. Upon reporting, police who arrived at the scene were left in shock to see the dead bodies lying in a pool of blood.
The court remanded the accused in judicial custody for 15 days. While Padmaja was kept in a special room due to her strange behavior, she was shifted to Tirupati for better treatment along with her husband Purushotham Naidu.
