Tolivelugu Crime Bureau has been giving out a series of investigative stories on various issues in the state ranging from the tenders of ‘Mana Uru Mana Badi’ to various land scams. We have revealed the facts behind the advantages and benefits Megha has been getting because of the unprecedented support from the Telangana government. There are also doubts about Minister KTR’s role in this affair. At exactly this time, the High Court of Telangana State put brakes on the tenders of Mana Uru Mana Badi. V3 Enterprises Limited has filed a petition in the High Court alleging irregularities in the tenders. Due to this, it postponed the tenders till the 11th of this month by imposing a stay on the tenders until further investigation.
The petitioner’s contention was that the rules and regulations required to be eligible for the tenders were not fulfilled by the applicants like Megha. They accused the entities of not having the following transparency in finalizing the tenders and cleared some institutions even though they did not qualify as per the rules. A company called Elegant Methods was mistakenly awarded tenders stating that it had substituted the terms even though it was not eligible. Those who participated in the tenders stated that they had all the permissions and qualifications but were not given without giving reasons. In case of non-eligibility, suitable reasons should be shown by the Tender Finalization Committee. But till now the authorities have not responded.
Agreeing with the petitioner’s arguments, the High Court granted a stay. The Chief Engineer of Telangana State Women Infrastructure Development Corporation and Elegant Methods have been named as respondents.
