Tolivelugu Crime Bureau: The CBI made an entry with the High Court’s verdict regarding the case of the baiting of MLAs. However, Justice Vijay Sen Reddy, after hearing lengthy arguments, gave a 98-page verdict. 45 points were raised. A copy of the verdict has recently come out. KCR objected to the videos released at the press meeting, and who gave the evidence to the CM which has to be in the hands of police has become crucial.

Based on the verdict, the CBI will investigate the CM. It has added 26 judgments given by the High Courts and Supreme Courts of various states in the past that even if the court gives the wrong articles in the media to SIT investigation, they can be handed over to the organizations they request according to the right of the accused. Expressing doubts over the SIT investigation, the G.O. was terminated. Transferred FIR 455/2022 to CBI.
The judge said that the happening of MLA baiting case is completely wrong and that SIT had failed to tell who gave the evidence to the Chief Minister. He strongly objected to the investigation information being sent to the CM. The investigation information should not be disclosed to anyone including the media. He said that key evidence was revealed in the initial stage of the investigation and the investigation conducted by the SIT was not transparent. According to Articles 20 and 21, the accused may demand that the investigation be carried out in a proper manner as well as a fair trial, as the disclosure of the investigation evidence will not lead to a proper investigation.
Rohith Reddy to appeal
It is reported that the police and Rohith Reddy have decided to go to the division bench as there is no single bench judgment to protect the complainant. Even if the verdict in the division bench is against it, it seems that they are preparing to go to the Supreme Court. Legal experts are being consulted to stay the judgment handed over to the CBI.
