YSR Congress Party MLA Roja, who was traveling in an Indigo flight bound to Tirupati from Rajamundry had a providential escape after a technical glitch. However, the pilot made a safe landing in Bangalore instead of Renigunta.
It is learned that MLA Roja had to travel from Rajahmundry to Tirupati and boarded an Indigo Airlines flight that is scheduled to reach Tirupati at 10:55 am today.
The actress-turned-politician revealed the same through a video on her social media handle. She stated that they were still on the plane and the plane doors had not yet opened. Roja further expresses her concern as she is facing health issues.
About 70 passengers were on board at the time including former minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu and TDP MLA Jogeswara Rao. Everybody breathed in a sigh of relief as the flight landed safely in Bangalore.
