The instated GO 317 is causing quite a rift in Telangana state. So many employees are experiencing tough situations due to the new rules for the Government employees. MP Arvind Dharmapuri opened up:
GO 317 caused the death of another woman. Betala Saraswati (36), a teacher, committed suicide in Babapur village in Bingal zone.
Family members believe that she committed suicide out of remorse after being transferred to Kamareddy with 317 GO. The deceased Saraswati Gari had two twin children. The feelings I contain inside my heart are accompanied by anguish as well as resentment. We demand the immediate withdrawal of this GO, which is confusing the employees without proper consultation and duty policies, causing them severe mental anguish and pushing them to the point of taking their lives and making the amendments suggested by the officials.
On behalf of the BJP party, I strongly condemn this inhumane treatment of employees by the KCR government. The BJP will continue to fight for employees unless the GO is withdrawn and amendments are made. I urge all government employees not to lose heart. The BJP will fight on your behalf till the end.
