Crime Bureau, Tolivelugu: Sahithi constructions is ready to retire from real business. Because such is the amount they collected so far. They went on to commit various criminal activities showing off that they are backed by the MLAs. The Encroachment stories of Kakatiya Hills
Sahithi’s encroachment stories are as seamless and sophisticated and are carried forward carefully in a methodical manner. The coloring they give is not normal as if everything is done legally. However, in 2015, Sahithi Construction, which took development from 14 plot owners, took up the construction in a total area of 9,800 yards, including the roads and the parking place.

The 26 pits of land in survey no. 27 were purchased with fake documents claiming to be in 22. However, if there are only 2 acres in survey number 22, in the records, there are more than 26 pits of land in their name. The family of Kummari Rajaiah went to court on this. In 2017, the Kukatpally court issued a status order and complained about this in GHMC. But, in 2018, they convinced GHMC that they would reach a compromise and took permission. With these, RERA approvals have come. Giving pink notes is a sign that Rera is willing to do something. A writ was again filed in the High Court against the illegal permissions. 13,056 of 2020 issued directions to GHMC. As a result, notices were issued canceling those permissions. However, he built it in his own Gandhigiri style with the local MLA. As the court filed a contempt case on this, the work has now been completely stopped by the order of the High Court.
Agreements in the name of the dead!
As the roads and park places in the layout are being occupied and constructed, legal problems have arisen. Agreements were also created stating the reasons such as development. Vruganti Narsimha died on 31 August 2003. Voruganti Poshaiah died in 2015 and Ramulu in 2017. Sahithi’s head Lakshminarayana signed a development agreement in 2019 citing that they were all alive. This was verified with fake documents and forgery signatures by the sub-registrar of Kukatpally. The family members came to know this and the Madhapur police registered a case in 2021 after informing the court. An FIR has been registered against sub-registrar Sandhyarani, Rammohan Reddy, Lakshmi Narayana, and site in-charge Mahesh as accused. But, the charge sheet has not been filed till now. He said that they will file the case within a month as the High Court has laid the groundwork recently. They gave notices and raised their hands. The criminal case is pending due to pressure from the leaders.
Back to back blows?
Even if there is a loss of rupees in disputed private lands, a compromise should be reached. But, with the arrogance of the leaders of the ruling party and the overconfidence that the officials would give any permission with pink notes, the deception came from the beginning. In the land occupied in Survey No. 27, when the permits were canceled, the five brothers on the selling of plots have now filed a case in the High Court that three more sisters will get their share. With this, a stay order came in the construction of another 4 thousand yards. In 16 thousand yards of structures, 7 thousand yards of land are covered with blue shadows. This has affected the entire project. Cases were registered with agreements made with stolen documents.
Illegal structure in Ayyappa society
There is a Supreme stay order that no construction should be done on the Gurukul Trust lands. But, small constructions continued with political support. Sahithi, however, took up the construction on one acre of land. 5 thousand per square feet and put it up for sale. Khanamet Survey No. 11/32 is under construction at the rear of Chandanayak Tanda. “Even if there is only one illegal construction, KTR did not see 70 apartments on 6 floors being built without any permits?” the locals are asking. Now the registration is not done so it is sold at a low price. Customers are advised to wear BRS. Four years ago, a building built with the latest technology was demolished in this same Ayyappa Society for lack of permits. If the same happens here, who is responsible? All fingers are pointing towards the illegal construction of Sahiithi as to how much this dormant affair will be strengthened in the future.
