Lady Superstar indeed! Considered or rather worshipped as one of southern cinema’s brightest stars, Nayanatara becomes the first-ever South Indian female actor to get featured in Vogue India Magazine. Bossing the H&M X Giambattista Valli’s coral blue gown, Nayan’s jaw-dropping look on Vogue Magazine October 2019 edition has dialled up the sizzle. Besides sharing the cover with Mahesh and Dulquer, Nayan also gave an unfiltered and unguarded interview with the leading magazine. This assumed significance as the actor is known to the most reserved actor who rarely gives interviews or opens up. She made some interesting revelations regarding the male-dominated film industry and how she assumed control of her persona.
When asked about how the stardom treats her, the humble actress said that she is still working on her success. “I’m not someone who lets success go to my head. In fact, I am always scared. I live with the fear of not delivering a good product.” Giving an interview after almost 10 years, Nayan opened up of why she shuns herself from the public eye. “I don’t want the world to know what I am thinking. I am a very private person. I’m not very good with crowds.”
On the work front, Nayan has ‘Sye Raa’ in her recent hit list and is ready with ‘Darbar’ with Rajinikanth and ‘Bigil’ with Vijay.
