As per the new research, along with fitness training, and step tracker, allowing children to play the video games can help them become lean and fit. The analysts also revealed that playing video games can also help in controlling the blood pressure and fat growth. The study also revealed that the Body Mass Index in regular video game players would be three times lesser to normal people.
