Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan’s Disproportionate Assets case took a new turn. Former IAS CVSK Sharma who is facing some serious allegations in Jagan’s case was levelled with another fresh case on Thursday. A man named PV Ramana filed a case against the IAS officer at Saifabad police station alleging that Sharma received legal aid from the then government for creating fake bills which involve lakhs of rupees. The complaint filed read that Sharma received help from former CS PK Mahanthi and former Revenue Secretary PV Ramesh in the release of the bills. Ramana also accused the then government of releasing funds for legal aid to seven IAS officers who are facing allegations in Jagan’s case.
In his complaint filed, Ramana wrote that the then CCS PK Mahanthi signed the bills submitted by Sharma without properly examining them upon which Chief Secretary of Revenue TV Ramesh has allegedly released the funds. On this note, PV Ramana has sought the court to look into the case after which the Saifabad police registered the complaint.
