The BJP is preparing for a candlelight rally in Secunderabad to protest the arrest of Bandi Sanjay. However, the police did not give permission for the rally as there was a security problem. This measure was officially announced. But the BJP ranks say they will hold a silent rally in the name of preserving democracy.
The activists wanted to do the silent march from the Gandhi Statue at Secunderabad to Raniganj. Police asked them to inform how many people will be participated in the rally.
The intelligence report says that the police say that it is trying to raise a huge rally. He said that permission could not be given as per government norms.
Police say there are several hospitals in that part of Secunderabad and this rally would cause problems for the patients and ambulances.
