In the wake of increasing positive cases in Andhra Pradesh, the state government has been implementing all possible measures to curb the spread of the viral outbreak. So far, 304 Corona positive cases are registered in the state while most of them are the devotees who visited the Nizamuddin religious congregation. Krishna, Guntur and Nellore have been recording the highest number of cases, said the official report issued by the state health authorities.
Upon which, the Jagan-led Andhra Pradesh government has decided to implement the lockdown strictly with three-line security in the districts with red zones. Reportedly, the state police department has deployed an octopus team which reached to Guntur along with 4 platoon APSP forces.
Confirming the same, the police chief state that the deployed team would ensure the lockdown is carried out in a peaceful manner without any untoward incidents. The traffic in the interior roads of the containment areas will be completely banned as part of the third phase.
It is to the known knowledge that the police across the nation has been receiving backlash over beating up a citizen who genuinely came out for essential services. In the wake of which, the state government deploying octopus teams now turned a debate in the political circles.
