Tolivelugu Crime Bureau: Lands of Nizam kings are being grabbed in the name of the Waqf Board. Lands that have been cultivated for 60 years are being attached to real estate companies without the knowledge of a third eye. They are attacking a flock of sheep-like wolves. They are harassing the farmers to a great extent. Where do you think all this is happening in Telangana? this is literally happening everywhere. What is the Waqf board doing?
Waqf Board is like an institution for Muslims like the kinds of devadaya shakha for Hindus. In Telangana, thousands of acres were swallowed up in the name of God, and lakhs of crores of the illegal land acquisition were done in the name of the Waqf Board and are still being done. The lands in Cyberabad were still being attached. Areas like Lanco Hills were also targeted. Now they are doing the same thing all over. As the government officials are real estate traders, everything is going as expected. On the outskirts of the city, more and more raids are going on. The gangs are entering the field according to a well-planned plan to loot the farmers’ lands. The crime bureau is going to reveal who the gang is and what is the motivation of the leaders behind it.
Eye on those lands!
Next to Kongar Kolan is the village of Kongar Khurd-e where the value of the land is believed to be between Rs 7 and 10 crore per acre. On February 8, 2007, there was a gazette notification that the total 600 acres from survey number 1 to 400 are Waqf Board lands. All the farmers went to the High Court on this gazette. Writ Petition No. 21059/2007. The High Court has given an interim order to keep these lands in their status quo. No final verdict is out yet, however, the works are being carried out with the same status quo on the lands.
Fake ownerships for 58 acres
2000 acres of service lands starting from Ibrahimpatnam’s Wonder La to Raviryala. Through the Tenancy Act and the Agriculture Ceiling Act, all the lands belong to the farmers of thousands of families who have been plowing for 50 years. But, the records of the Nizam period were not accepted. The Dharani portal did not give courage to the farmers. This is where the rogue owners are born. Innocent farmers, who did not know what the revenue records were, became the owners of the papers.
Cherukuri Ramachandra Reddy’s family got 58 acres through PT Act. From 1950 to 2017, the names of the heirs were recorded during the Pahani period. The Mudirajs of the Godas family, who bought these lands from them is cultivating the 15 acres. The gang, which has been lurking like a fox since time immemorial, threw its claws in a year ago. They entered the field by showcasing File No. J/2391/1992, J/2223/92, Dated: 10-07-1995, 5-08-1995 which are believed to be fraudulent documents.
Bold in misleading!
If ownership is given to the farmers, it should be those surrounding villagers. Farming should be done anytime. But Nakka Rajesh and E Narsimha, who were nowhere to be found, got fake ownership in the names of their parents. Fake passbooks were created through them. They created fake documents with government seals as land conversion without paying any money. With these, they bribed the revenue officials and tampered with the records. If the road goes 100 feet from the land, the government has given compensation to the farmers. When the Waqf Board objected, the deposit was made in court. But, these fake winds did not reach them. However, a petition was filed in the High Court for interim cancellation of the land in the gazette notification issued by the Waqf Board without mentioning the manner in which it was illegally entered into the revenue records. Writ No.7617/2022. In the past, orders were given without paying attention to the petition filed by the farmers. Farmers are not responding to this judgment.
The Waqf Board officials bowed to the pressure of the leaders and shook their heads. Another petition was filed to give instructions to make registrations. Writ No. 30132/2022. The court granted permission. With this, they are getting the title without land. Development agreements are being made. However, the Ibrahimpatnam court did not grant permission for the injection order. As a result, only one lessee filed OS 62/2022 and 224/2022 petitions in the Rangareddy, Maheswaram court and got an injection order. The police were asked for security on one side. On the other hand, two judgments have been obtained that the police should not take the initiative. Even though the names of the farmers were included in these two petitions, the addresses were given as Shamshabad and Rajendranagar without the correct address. As a result, ex-party orders were obtained without any notice to the farmers. Advertisements were given in small and small newspapers to convince the court. In total 58 acres are being encroached on by coloring that they are the owners. The farmers filed a petition (OS 353/2022) in Ibrahimpatnam court against all this.
