Pawan-led Janasena has not contested the Telangana elections so far. While Janasena contested from AP during the previous elections, the results were adverse. However, Pawan is moving forward with full force. However, the latest announcement that he is contesting in Telangana along with AP in the coming elections has become a hot topic in state politics. Pawan, who visited the joint Nalgonda district, visited the families of the deceased Janasena activists.
Earlier, Pawan met the Saeed family from Chautaupal Mandal’s Lakkaram. Assuring that the Janasena party would stand firm, Pawan provided financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh to his wife. From there he went to Kodada. There he visited the Srinivas family. An insurance check of Rs 5 lakh was given. Speaking to the media in Lakkaram, Pawan made interesting remarks on Telangana politics.
It has been announced that Janasena will contest in the coming elections in Telangana as well, entering the ring for 30 assembly seats. He said they had over 5,000 votes in each constituency. He said that Janasena will also rule the politics of Telangana. He revealed that the whole community of Janasena will work hard to strengthen the party. He said that he had suffered many blows in politics. However, he said that he was going ahead with an ambition.
He said that social change should come in Telangana and those at the grassroots level should come up. He advised the leaders of Janasena to travel the state and understand the problems of the people. However, Janasena has good relations with the BJP. Analysts say that the party would lose if it contests separately in Telangana. According to Pawan, if more than 5,000 votes are split, it will be difficult for other parties’ candidates in the respective constituencies. Analysts say the TRS, BJP, and Congress are already in danger of splitting their votes due to the YTP and BSP, and now the Janasena entry could have a serious impact.
