After his abrupt Delhi tour to meet the BJP and RSS heads, JanaSena Chief Pawan Kalyan directly headed to Kakinada as announced. Pawan paid a visit to the JanaSena activists who were injured in a spat between YSRCP and JanaSena workers on Sunday. Talking to media, the actor-turned-politician lashed out on Jagan-led government and YSRCP MLAs for making derogatory remarks on JanaSena and triggering communal fights between the activists. “YSRCP MLAs are behaving like factionists. They are discursively resorting to rowdyism with their private armies hired only for prompt fights. I condemn the attack on party women activists in Kakinada,” he stated.
Pawan then questioned why the police officials who ought to bring situations under control remained spectators while the dispute took a violent turn. He demanded stringent action against those who assaulted Janasena activists. The JanaSena Chief then demanded the police to take the degrading remarks made by YSRCP MLA Dwarampudi Chandrasekhar Reddy as suo moto and take action against him. On the note, Pawan warned the ruling party MLAs not to make unnecessary provocative remarks.
