The Hinduja Company sold some industrial land for Rs 10 crore per acre for targeted beneficiaries. On August 27, 2021, 42.25 acres were put up for sale by the Phoenix Company to the Sister Company. The latest was the sale of 32 acres of land on May 31, 2022, for Rs 326.80 crore and the same was also told to the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
What about those 10 acres?
Information has it that another 10 acres of land which was in dispute were shared through mediation. If the then government took the land allotted to the Dalits and tribals and gave it to the industrialists, the present TRS government is trying to make a profit of thousands of crores for its benami corporates. The place was declared not for sale. But at the same time, HMDA in its master plan turned it into a multipurpose zone while the explosives company was running. The remaining 700 acres must have the scepters of local leaders to clear. Leaders in the suburbs want luxury homes in Kukatpally, the center of the city. In order to accomplish this, the local MLC has carried forward a communication on this. The leader is rumored to be a local, a golden spoon, and to be honest with everyone, even with some advances in the trust placed on him. If everyone involved is a politician, there are fewer chances of problems. So, they have settled a number of houses for the TRS leaders to avoid forthcoming problems.
How would they begin work when no money was paid?
Another Rs 12 crore out of Rs 326 crore is pending. However, the Honors company is flattening the land. With no permissions taken, the company is already on its way to do the sale of the Prelaunch welcomes sale of plots.
Are the rest of the lands for the remaining leaders?
