In the most awaited update, Prabhas-Om Raut’s mega project ‘Adipursh’ made a crucial announcement on Friday which came as a cool breeze to cinephile across the nation, Telugites in specific. In an official announcement, the team revealed the actress to be playing Sita opposite the handsome hunk.
While Kriti Sanon who is familiar to the Telugu audience with Mahesh Babu’s ‘1-nenokkidine’ is roped in for Sita, Sunny Singh has come onboard the movie as Lakshman. Taking to her official social media handle, Sita i.e, Kriti the actress revealed that she is proud and honoured to be a part of the film as she received a warm welcome from her film team.
On the other hand, Saif Ali Khan will be seen essaying the role of villain in the magnum opus. The movie is eyeing August 11, 2022 release. The movie has begun production in February. Adipurish film will be released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada. It is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Om, Prasad Sutar and Rajesh Nair.
