Telangana State Ministers Indrakaran Reddy and Jagadish Reddy will visit the Yadadri district as part of various programs. In this background, the RRR victims and Congress TPCC member Tangallapally Ravikumar were pre-arrested by the police. Yadadri DCC president Kumbham Anil Kumar Reddy expressed his anger on this. He said that the people of Raigiri had not made any announcement that they would stop the ministers, but the police unjustly arrested the RRR victims early in the morning in the wake of the ministers’ visit.
He went on to say that the Ministers who are supposed to go to the people and know the public problems are now making early arrests without listening to the sufferings of the victims. Local MLA Failla Sekhar Reddy also said that he has not spoken on this issue so far and strongly condemns it.
He warned that the arrested RRR victims should be released unconditionally, otherwise they will protest in front of Bhuvanagiri Rural Police Station. On the one hand, they said that their government is harassing the farmers and on the other hand, they are trying to grab the agricultural lands of the poor in the name of RRR in Rayagiri village of Yadadri district.
It was mentioned that with the gazette announced earlier, Chief Minister KCR is seriously concerned that the alignment from Raigiri was announced due to the possibility of losing the farmhouse and lands of the ruling party’s big leaders. DCC president Anil Kumar Reddy severely criticized that the people are noticing the anti-people policies adopted by the TRS government and will show their wisdom in the coming time.
